The two men will square off in the ONE Fight Night 10 on Prime Video headliner to crown a new ONE bantamweight world champion. Their first meeting in October ended in a disastrous no contest.

Ahead of the heavy-hitting clash, Team Lakay standout Danny Kingad shared his thoughts on John Lineker’s legendary power while speaking with The MMA Superfan.

Like his opponent, Fabricio Andrade has also knocked out opponents in his last three wins. He nearly made it four in a row when the two Brazilian warriors met at ONE on Prime Video 3 last year. He’ll attempt to finish what he started when ONE returns to the legendary Lumpinee Stadium in Thailand.

John Lineker pays no attention to criticism after first meeting with Fabricio Andrade

For three and a half rounds, John Lineker and Fabricio Andrade’s first meeting was a fight-of-the-year contender.

Unfortunately, the contest ended on a sour note after Andrade connected with a knee that landed a little too low, sending Lineker crashing to the canvas and writhing in pain. Unable to compete, the bout was stopped 2:16 into the middle round.

Despite the devastating injury that was no fault of his own, John Lineker was the subject of much criticism, with some fans claiming he took the easy way out after Andrade seemingly had him on the ropes.

Taking to social media to address the criticism, ‘Hands of Stone’ revealed that he has paid no attention to it, instead opting to focus on all the things he is thankful for in life.

On February 25, Lineker will attempt to reclaim the ONE Championship gold he once held. Will Lineker get it done with his legendary power or will the strength and size of Fabricio Andrade be too much for the former ONE world champion to overcome? We’ll find out later this month.
