While the world jumped to conclusions on just how much his tree trunk-like legs were lifting in the 30 second video — Bleacher Report had it at a sturdy 600 pounds — he squared up the mess on Friday afternoon.

Sure, 396 pounds isn’t as insane as 600 pounds, but that’s still more weight than the majority of human bodies can handle. Plus, Cena made it look rather easy.
